Person Centred Counsellor

 

My name is Jo, and I am a qualified Person-Centred Counselling Professional and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, BACP.

I am passionate about talking therapy and understand the power being heard by another.  

 

Through being non-judgmental, open and approachable, my aim is to form a warm and supportive relationship with my clients in a private and confidential setting. 

 

I offer counselling sessions to both adults and young people.  Over the last couple of years my focus has been working with young people and children aged 12–25 years old.  I’m currently studying at CPCAB Level 5 counselling children and young people to qualify with a proactive counselling approach in this area.
