Vitamin B12

If you are feeling tired, sluggish and finding it hard to concentrate, you may not be getting enough vitamin B12.

B12 plays a crucial role in energy production and keeps the brain and nervous system healthy.

Vitamin B12 is found in meat, fish, cheese and eggs, however digestive issues and certain medication can affect absorption, so it can be difficult to increase levels through diet and supplements alone.

B12 Injection

Vitamin B12 is available as an intramuscular injection of hydroxocobalamin, administered in order to bypass the digestive system and begin to work immediately.
