Tamsin Kelly
Whether you are finding a significant life event, such as bereavement or divorce, overwhelming, or you’re struggling with everyday anxieties and don’t know where to turn, counselling can help. Perhaps you want to feel less anxious or stressed, or there are problems in your relationships or at work. Or perhaps you just need to be heard.
I provide a safe, non-judgmental and supportive space in which you can explore your feelings, thoughts and experiences. Reaching out for help can be daunting, but counselling provides an opportunity for you to talk and work through whatever is troubling you, in private and at your own pace. I believe that talking can be transformative, and that change is possible.
I am a qualified counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). My core training is in Person Centred therapy but I also draw upon other approaches as needed, including CBT. I have also trained with and continue to volunteer for Cruse Bereavement Care.
Following a free 30-minute introductory session to make sure that we will be happy to work together, I offer adults both short and long-term weekly counselling sessions.
Cost: £50 per 50-minute session.
