Sian offers pre and post diagnostic 1:1 support as well as general neurodevelopmental specialist nursing support.

She can translate your medical reports. This is where she puts really medicalised autism and adhd reports into neuroaffirming language and adding in recommendations for support.

 

She also offers holistic nursing assessments. This includes the appointment for the assessment, report with recommendations and a feedback appointment.
