Cancellation Policy
All bookings are subject to the following cancellation policy: To respect the time of our Therapists and other clients, please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to 50% of the treatment charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to full treatment charge. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. We understand that emergencies happen and will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
