Having always been fascinated by the difference I felt from a healthy diet and active lifestyle, my desire to be able to learn more about nutrition and lifestyle medicine was heightened when I was faced with my PCOS diagnosis.
I completed my Diploma with the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in January 2023 and I am so happy to be able to help other women on their healing journey.
