Jayne Doyle

Integrated Therapist

With many years of clinical and leadership experience within the NHS, my practice draws on evidence-informed methods and extensive hands-on experience to address the ways the body holds tension, adapts to stress, and responds to the demands of daily life.

Supporting individuals through cancer care is a key area of my professional practice. My work provides tailored care at every stage, from helping process the shock and anxiety of a new diagnosis, to adapting sessions during treatment for comfort, rest, and symptom relief. For those living beyond cancer, therapy focuses on rebuilding confidence in the body. Within palliative care, the focus turns to comfort, presence, and compassion.

Wherever you find yourself, each session is guided by your unique needs, energy, and priorities in that moment, with careful attention to how the nervous system, and lived experiences shape physical comfort and overall vitality, through restorative methods that encourage regulation, adaptability, and ease.

Alongside individual sessions, my wellbeing workshops foster relaxation, resilience and connection. I provide postgraduate training and mentorship to help practitioners strengthen their expertise and confidence, and for healthcare services, I support strategy and service development to meet patient and organisation need.
