Jen has studied McTimoney chiropractic, sports and Swedish massage techniques, enabling an integrated bespoke approach to each treatment given and is committed to helping you be as healthy and active as you can possibly be.
Jen decided to train as a chiropractor after seeing the positive effects treatment had on herself with a long term condition gained through running. The condition subsided with treatments from her chiropractor (who happened to be a tutor at McTimoney College) and this inspired her to undertake the training herself. Jen began a fulfilling journey towards becoming a chiropractor at McTimoney. During this time she also completed a diploma in sports massage as she wished to add a greater understanding of the rehabilitation of injuries as well as continue to add to her knowledge of the workings of the human body. Jen has much experience with patients having spent many years within the NHS.
Jen is keen to keep fit and enjoys dancing, cycling and running, and has completed two marathons.
Jen is registered with the Mctimoney Chiropractors Association, United Chiropractic Association and the General Chiropractic Council
